IMPORTANT SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND INFORMATION
At Josef Rakich Fitness, all weekly and monthly subscriptions have a twelve-week minimum term, meaning your minimum paid period is twelve weeks. Essentially, the subscription is paid over a twelve-week period as opposed to an upfront charge. With that said, you are free to request cancellation at any time. If a cancellation request is received within the first fourteen days of signing up, the subscription will be cancelled immediately; if a cancellation request is received after the first fourteen days and before the end of the twelve-week minimum period, the subscription will be set to cancel at the end of the twelve-week minimum term. For example, if you request your subscription be cancelled during week six, a support representative will set the subscription to cancel in six weeks —at the end of the twelve-week minimum term.
Additionally, JRF offers a full no-questions-asked money-back guarantee within the first fourteen days of the initial purchase (first payment). The policy does not include subsequent renewal/extension of your program, add-ons or one-off upsell products, e.g., supplements and the $89 six month deal.
